8.00am – 4.00pm weekdays


All meals are sent by courier and should arrive within 2-4 working days (New Zealand customers) and 5-7 working days (Australian customers) from the date payment is received. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer. The price to deliver is calculated in accordance with the CourierPost/DHL tariff based on your order to optimise space and minimise cost.

Damaged Goods

We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage, please hold on to the item(s) and packaging and notify us immediately at Defective or damaged goods need to be returned with the packaging within 10 days and will be replaced at our cost.

Changed Your Mind

As we deal with food our products cannot be resold, so, unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or refunds on meals. Because of this, we urge you to be sure of your orders before purchasing.

Lost in Transit

We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit within New Zealand, provided we are notified within 7 days via email at

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email as soon as possible, include your order number and "Cancel Order" in the subject line of your email to We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

Non-Refundable/Returnable Goods

• All items listed as SALE items (due to short expiry dates or discontinued lines)
• Lost products due to incorrect address and postcode details supplied by the customer during the ordering process
• Goods damaged/used by the customer
