Returns Policy
We design our products to help you perform and feel at your best, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We can happily exchange or refund any order within 14 days of purchase. All we ask is that your products are unopened and in the same condition you received them in.

For exchanges and refunds on unused items, please follow the instructions below or contact us for help.

Please note, we will pay courier costs for faulty products or incorrect shipments. For a change of mind or other reasons, courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to make a return

Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

1. Download and fill out a returns form to include in your parcel to us. You can download it here. This helps us to process your request quickly and efficiently for you.

2. Please courier your parcel to:

3. We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to return to your account.

Please ensure your items are returned to us in adequate packaging to avoid damage and via a safe courier. Radix can only receive delivery by couriers.

Cancelling orders

We may not be able to change your order once you have placed it, but you are welcome to contact us, and we will try our best to take care of your request. However, once your purchase has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to change your delivery address, payment method or amend an order. Of course, you can always return any unopened products to us for a refund.

Defective or damaged products

We stand behind all of our products. If your product is defective or damaged and it has been more than 14 days, we will exchange it for you at no cost. Please contact us.

Received the incorrect product?

Firstly, we are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. We try our best, but we may occasionally make a mistake.
