How to use

Radix was designed to be simple to use. We believe that to be a truly effective product you should be able to take it with you wherever you go and prepare a meal with minimal effort practically anywhere. We hope we have achieved this – nevertheless we continue to work on improving it every day.

How to prepare a Radix Main Meal

    • Open bag
    • Remove oxygen absorber
    • Pour in boiling water as indicated on the back label of the product
    • Stir contents thoroughly
    • Reseal ziplock
    • Wait 10 minutes
    • Tear open to create a bowl
    •  

Other suggestions:

      • - Be careful not to add too much water
      • - Try using a digital kitchen scale for the first few times rehydrating the product
      • - Once rehydrated meals stay warm for approximately 40 minutes - Try using a thermos flask to keep meals warm for up to 8 hours so you can take the meals anywhere.

How to prepare a Radix Breakfast Meal

        • Open bag
        • Remove oxygen absorber
        • Pour in water as indicated on the back label of the product
        • Stir contents thoroughly
        • Reseal ziplock
        • Wait a few minutes or enjoy immediately
        • Tear open to create a bowl

Other suggestions:

          • - Be careful not to add too much water
          • - Try using a digital kitchen scale for the first few times rehydrating the product
          • - You may use milk or plant-based milk if you prefer
          • - Many people enjoy breakfast best with hot milk or warm water - Just avoid boiling water as it damages the texture of the fruit

Simple ways to measure water for a Radix meal

Once you have rehydrated a couple of Radix meals you will be able to measure the correct level of water by eye. Until then, we recommend you follow the rehydration instructions on the back label and use a set of scales to accurately measure the volume of water to get you started.

Instructions for weighing - using a scale

          • Open bag
          • Remove oxygen absorber
          • Place the open bag on a set of scales and 'tare' the weight
          • Measure the water using the scales (1gram = 1ml)
